Staff access
Give an approved staff email access to one section, or choose Administrator for all portal sections and staff access. Removing access stops future database access; it does not delete their account or published updates.
Staff can use their approved Google account, or enter their email and a personal password on the sign-in screen and choose First time? Set up my staff account. They must verify their email before editing. Never share passwords.
